Vintage Unbranded/Home Made? Lithographer/Photoengraver's Loop/Magnifier

The body of this graphic arts trade tool appears to be made of plexiglass or acrylic material, measures 5-1/4" long overall and from the display of scorched ribs on bottom, was definitely put to use as a cigarette rest by a lithographer at some point.
