Vintage UC Berkeley "IMAGINATION" Cambodian Crisis 1970 RPPC Photo Postcard

Student demonstrations at the University of California, Berkeley, in May 1970. The students are holding signs that collectively spell out the word "IMAGINATION". The protests were a response to President Nixon's invasion of Cambodia and the Kent State shootings, where four unarmed students were killed by the National Guard. Students formed the Berkeley Political Poster Workshop, a "guerilla group of activist artists" who created thousands of posters to galvanize the community.
