Description
From the sellerVINTAGE toilet paper holder, with advertisement for "The Hughes Heating and Plumbing Co.", with their address at "502 Fourth Avenue South" (not sure of city but it was in old plumber items who worked in Minneapolis, MN. On back, it indicates "Art Brass Co., New York". Since Art Brass ceased operations at the time of The Great Depression, it's probably from the 1930's!
