From the sellerAs shown. I would estimate the condition to be very good. I think the pictures give a good representation as to condition. Some minor rust on the foot plate, tray. Wheel cover rust shown on the worst one. Rubber bumper guards good. some wear on wooden seat. Rubber tires good and spin freely. (front wheels move from side to side). In usable condition. Handle collapsible.
