 This vintage sun beam electric travel iron comes with its original metal caring case, making it a desirable collectible. These irons were popular for their portability and ease of use. The metal case adds to the sets, appeal, protecting the iron and making it easy to transport. On the back of the iron, it is printed little princess, electric iron, Chicago flexible shaft company, Chicago, USA. Under the sunbeam electric iron logo on the front of the box it also states patented 156-6802 RE 16442. The iron does work. The cord is in great condition.
