From the sellerVintage Signed Sam Biern NY metal buttons, lot includes two matching buttons. One of the shanks is bent down sojee, I think you could easily bend back with small needle nose pliers. You would still be able to fasten without doing this though. Please pictures for condition and size. They are close to 1 3/4", but not quite...
