Description
From the sellerCreated in the 1950s by zoologists Cricket and Cappy Harris, the Sea-Orama was located in a small building beside the Clearwater Marina. The walls of the Sea-Orama were painted to resemble the underwater world and flickering lights added to the illusion of walking underwater while well-trained guides identified the creatures on the wall and told about their peculiarities.The Sea-Orama is gone, but not forgotten--and lives on as the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
