Vintage San Francisco Chinatown pennant, 12"

This vintage San Francisco Chinatown pennant is made of green felt, and was most likely made in the 1950s. The pennant is about 12" long with 4" streamers on the flat end. The green felt was covered by a previous owner in a plastic wrap which I have left intact for protection. The left end of the pennant is stitched. There is some damage to the pennant at the pointed end, where it is separated. I will be listing other vintage San Francisco pennants. Questions are welcomed.
