From the sellerI believe this translates to: "Madrid. Milanese parade harness from the Royal Armory, which belonged to Philip III (1578-1621).". The actual armor is kept in the Royal Armory, which is part of the Royal Palace in Madrid, and it was a gift from Carlos Manuel, Duke of Savoy, in the late 1500s.
