Description
From the sellerIn the 1950s a popular toy was a plane that flew on a tether. The plastic is sturdy and strong and there is line in the reel. I'm not sure if this functions as I'm not quite sure how it works. Nothing turns and the line does not release from the reel with gentle tugging.
