Vintage, RARE! Pac 10 NCAA Picnic Tailgate Side Zip Basket Bag Tote Made USA

This item appears to be a vintage Pac-10 Conference case, likely from 1995–2010.  appears to be not branded however, this is Vintage. The hardware are hard plastic 4 plates with a 4 utensils and 4 heart plastic cups/glasses. With plastic salt and pepper shaker. Made in USA , This is a rare piece seems to be new without tags not been used the plates and utensils are sealed. There are scuffs marks and imperfections limited around the bag, no rips no holes fairly a good condition zipper works fine pretty good bag/tote. The outer material on the bag seems to be like a nylon / polyester . Type material where you can wipe stains or scuffs off. please see pictures. Thanks.
