This is a rare vintage piece from the 60s or 70s. It's a solid brass Lady (Lady and the Tramp) paperweight, and it's in excellent condition with no patina. Originally she had a pen in her mouth, hence the hole, but that piece is missing. I did a lot of research and have yet to find one like her!
