Vintage Rare Justin Davis Crown 925 Sterling Belt Buckle with stones

I am not for sure if the stones are real rubies or another stone, I have not had those authenticated so you could be getting real stones. It is preowned so it does show signs of wear and has a few scratches on top of buckle. I did clean it with silver polish but I recommend giving it another cleaning when receiving it.
