THE WATER HAS LONG EVAPORATED BUT THERE IS A TINY PLUG ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CHARM SO THAT YOU CAN REFILL IT. THE CLOUDINESS YOU SEE IS THE SNOW STUCK TO THE SIDES AFTER THE WATER EVAPORATED.
