Vintage Race Inc RA7 BMX Frame and bars pro neck stem bundle

Hello I found this old school BMX Race INC frame literally in a barn… I don’t know much about it Google says it’s a 1981 RA7 it in pretty good shape for its age. I’m including everything I found around it Blue seat post Blue bars, no markings, but super light weight Black bars in a pro neck stem, bars say race inc Seat clamp gold color says race inc. (looks to be to big for this frame) I don’t see any cracks or Bends in the frame but again I’m no expert. Sold as is. in a bundle, will not separate I will wrap it in as much bubble wrap as I can. Thank you
