Vintage Pocket Tin for ammunition tobacco etc. Philip Jay Medicus N.Y.

Here is a vintage empty Waterproof Container for ammo , tobacco , liquids , etc. with a paper advertising label. The container is metal and is about the size of a tobacco pocket tin. The measures 4" tall x 3 1/2" wide x 1" deep. It has a embossed bullet on the lid. There is a hinged metal strap that clips underneath that holds the lid shut tight. The inside of the lid has a seal - but I don't know how effective it is from age. The paper label is advertising Philip Jay Medicus N.Y. and has a postal zone - pre zip code.
