Description
From the sellerThis vintage photo portrait is a beautiful addition to any collection. The subject, Gen. Edward F. Jones, was an important figure in American history. He was involved in the Baltimore train riot at the beginning of the Civil War. He served as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of New York from 1886 to 1891. The portrait captures his essence during that time and is a wonderful example of classic decorative collectibles. The portrait is perfect for those interested in Other Decorative Collectibles or Decorative Collectibles. The portrait is in nice shape with some creases and a little staining as seen in photos. He founded Jones Scale Works of Binghamton, and his motto was "He pays the freight. The card is 4" by 6.5"
