From the sellerVintage Philately: The American Album for United States Stamps Designed and written by Theresa M. Clark (C) 1936, Scott Stamp & Coin Co., Ltd. New York Hardcover 9-1/4" x 11-1/2" My late father collected stamps from age 15 until his 80s. This was one of his very first albums. It is about 90 years old. At one time, there must have been a number of stamps mounted with the old "hinge" type of mount. None of them remain. On one page (pictured), there is a block of 3 green one-cent Franklin stamp adhered to the paper. These were obviously not mounted deliberately. I don't know enough about stamps to attempt removal. What you see is what you get!
