This is a vintage Parker roller ball pen for the US Department of Energy 1977. The pen was never used and has the original box. The pen is imprinted with the Dept. of Energy seal and the signature of Dr. James R. Schleshinger. Mint condition. For use it would need a fresh cartridge.
