Description
From the sellerHere are two rustic nabe oki (pot holder) from Japan. They are grainy wood trivets for hot pots. They measure about 7" x 5-1/4" and have been used. They have hot pot stains (white circles) and a crack and a chip. See photos for condition. They are signed "dejima" which is a historic "artificial island" in Nagasaki that was created for trade with the Dutch. We love the shape, wood, everything! They are suitable for hanging on the wall.
