From the sellerThe rough measurement of the collar is 10 1/4" x 8". The collar is super finely made, the thread itself is very tiny and I suspect lace work as the technique that was used to create this piece. There is also a kind of woven thread work that creates the 4 leaf petals that are raised off the surface.
