From the sellerNIB COURT OF DOLLS “Victoria” Porcelain Doll w/Fan - 28". She has never been removed from the box. Condition is “used” but in “like new” condition. I tried to show much detail in pictures. Her dress looks like iridescent blue/purple, and I’m not sure if this is how it was originally or if it was a solid blue matte finish?.
