Monticelles trademark made by Steubenville designs patents13102e_131032 for Herman Cupper New york. I am 85 yrs. old. I do not know how many years I have had this but cup and saucer has never been used by me. It just sits and looks pretty. I believe it to be vintage. There is a little scratch on the side of one picture. (see pictures)
