This is an original, heavy oiled-cardboard shipping stencil used to mark military gear, footlockers, or deployment crates. The stencil reads: ATKINSON JIM ALVIS 55257660 RF-0562 The piece features heavy, authentic red and black ink overspray from actual period use, giving it an excellent rustic, industrial aesthetic. It is intact with some natural creasing and folding from age. A perfect addition to a militaria collection, industrial decor display, or for genealogical history research.
