Vintage Medical Device- Benzoin Inhaler

Vintage Benzoin Inhaler, Improved No.4, new in original (opened) box. There are 3 parts and all 3 are included. The box side states " This inhaler will give instant relief in the treatment of whooping cough, following Adenoid operations, Singers' Throats, Smokers' Throats, Colds, Lost Voice, Tonsillitis, etc." Made by Simplex Lamp Mfg. Company, Brooklyn N.Y. under "GEORGE H. BELL'S patents" Box also reads " THIS SCIENTIFIC MARVEL has been perfected after many years of tests and experiments". The box has stains or discoloration but it's intact with no missing flaps.
