From the sellerVintage MCM Curtis Jere Spanish Matador Bullfighter Cast Bronze Sculpture The sculpture is cast from solid bronze and is very heavy. Signed C. Jere on base. The base is made of wood. Measures 19 1/2" in height, 9 1/2" in width, and is 10" in depth. Weighs just over 9 lbs. I believe the statue was originally held on the base with a bolt or screw which is no longer present. The one leg has scratched the base from moving when not secured. There are some light signs of oxidation and wear to cape along with some light oxidation on the figure.
