Description
From the sellerMarwal Ind. Chalkware bust of David is a 15" tall replica of Michelangelo's famous statue. Stamped “Marwal” and Sticker on bottom is by also Marwal Ind. Made of chalkware. Produced in the United States around the 1940s-1960s, this sculpture captures the essence of art, people, and biblical themes. Note a few nicks in the chalkware, but very nice condition for a vintage, somewhat fragile material. Very heavy, which reflects in the coat of shipping.
