From the sellerBeloved characters Pinkie & Blue Boy She is walking somewhere in a hurry (away from him?) judging by her leaning forward & skirts swishing behind her. He is standing there looking pretty with his Musketeers style hat. There are paint irregularities on the back collar of his cape. This is not a chip as it is completely smooth to the touch. No chips or damage.
