From the sellerDark red felt pennant with ivory lettering and bits of green details. Ties in navy. Depiction of the State Capitol building. The item is about 25.5 inches long (not including the ties) and about 8 inches tall. Believed to be from the 1940s-1950s. Good condition. Some spots of discoloration. Please refer to images. Comes from a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Every item is handled and packed with care.
