It is silver plate EPNS and has some tarnish but could be polished to its original shine. It is Art Deco in style with a screw cap, handle, and a moveable menu of cocktail and cordial drinks with fourteen recipes from Martini to Tom Collins. This is a very unique feature. Twist the upper panel above the spout to show the various recipes. It is a very unusual piece of retro barware decor and an elegant historical memento.
