Vintage Kansas City Athletics A's Pennant Extremely Rare Variant

Vintage Kansas City Athletics pennant. This pennant has two spots that look like pencil markings 1) pic #3 in the 's' in A's and 2) pic #4 to the right of the 'Y' in City along the bottom edge. This pennant is an extremely rare variant however this specimen has been modified. 1) black material has been sewn on both sides of the leading edge as seen in pic #5 & #6. 2) this looks to have been done as a result of the main body being cut down in length, note where the grey felt ends between the black materials in pic #7. This modification keeps the pennant length close to the original 29 inches overall measuring 28 inches in length. Pennant will be shipped gently rolled. Contact me for any questions.
