Vintage souvenir photograph that came out of a small box of items belonging to Margaret Smith. She was an Illinois Senator from 1983 to 2002. She passed away in 2005. She had been heavily involved in the Baptist Church. Her husband, Fred J. Smith, who had proceeded her in death also was an Illinois Senator. There is a white scrape at the top of the photo. There are 5 rusty staples. The photo has a few creases. Folder is dirty with corner/edge wear. Bottom left corner thin and fragile. Also missing corners. The back is dirty. Payment due in 4 days
