Having plugged this radiotelephone into the wall, as you can see in the pics, the phone does power up. Whether or not it works as intended, I can't be sure. I actually have no idea how to test that out. However, this item appears in perfect condition, has no visible damage, and has never been used. So, I imagine it should work.
