Vintage Hiatts Nickel Hand Cuffs NIB W/ Key. I have Multiple pairs of these hand cuffs and the box may not look the same as pictured but the cuffs will be the same. Wrapped in plastic and packed with oil. Never worn or used. New old stock. Was purchased from a police station that cleaned out there stock room from decades of new stock being bought over the years.
