Handwritten letter and acetate rubbing from Paul Rogers, written to Norman Collins (Sailor Jerry) From early in Paul’s tattoo career, while in Norfolk, Va. (late 1940’s) I purchased this around 8 years ago from RCA Collectibles. I will send a photo of the full back side of this letter to anyone with real interest.
