Vintage Handmade Beaded Moccasins by MT Cheyenne GRACE SCALPCANE Women's Size 4½

This fine pair of vintage Women's Moccasins was made by Grace Scalpcane, a Northern Cheyenne Native American of Lame Deer, Montana in the 1970's. Hardened Leather Soles. One has "4½" written on the sole of the left shoe. Total length approximately 8½". Grace Scalpcane was accomplished in leather crafting and beadwork. Included with this pair of Moccasins is an article titled: MORNING STAR PEOPLE about the history of the Northern Cheyenne Indians.
