From the sellerAbsolutely beautiful hand-painted country tin cat plaque. Made in upstate NY in 1983. Signed. One of the finest examples of folk art painting I have seen. Needs a loving home. I am sad to part with it but have down-sized into a more modern home. See photos for condition and size. Sorry no international shipping.
