Vintage Hand-Carved and Handpainted Wooden Common Loon Figurine with Glass Eyes

This is a vintage hand-carved and hand-painted wood figurine of a Common Loon standing on a log. The figurine features detailed brushwork depicting the loon's characteristic black head, white necklace stripes, and checkered black-and-white wing patterning. The eyes are red glass. It is mounted upright on a naturalistic half-log slice base. It measures 3-1/2 inches gall and the wooden base is 2-inches wide. In very good condition.
