The bank is in fair condition with no key but the bottom clicks into place and stays. We believe it is in the open position on the lock which allows this to work. You slide the bottom cover to the front of the box. Then lift the panel out at the back. The bank is 9 1/16 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches across the front. It is 4 7/16 inches from front to back and the top door opens to deposits bills. Please study photos as they are part of the item description. The item weighs 1 1/2 pounds prior to adding plenty of packing materials and a sturdy box for shipping.
