From the sellerTo be honest , i'm not entirely sure what this piece is or what it's used to hopefully of you do. Unfortunately, I didn't crank it up.I don't have a key that fits it.So I have no idea if it works. The one hand is broken.Make sure you look at all my pictures because what you see is exactly what you get.
