From the sellerThe plates can be flipped to have a flat griddle surface or a waffle maker making 4 waffles that are 2.5x5.75" waffles. The plates lock in place and can be easily reversed or removed for cleaning. We have used this often to make delicious waffles as well great panni style grilled cheese sandwiches.
