Here are two Garnier Engheim stylized ceramic decanters. Beautiful examples of items designed with care and craftsmanship. These unusual pieces have an Art Deco feel merging into mid century modern. I'm not sure of when they were produced but the item # n108 is marked on the bottom of the drummer, Garnier Made in France. The drummer is a lovely celadon green with crazing in the glaze but no chips or cracks, the soldier is marked # n105 and is burgundy. The soldier has a drilled hole for a lamp fitting. The drummer could be used for a vase. No cork but that is easily replaced. They measures 13.5" high and 4" at the widest part.
