This charming completed cross stitch sampler measures 14 X 11 on the outside of the frame while the cross stitch inside the oval is approximately 10 X 7 inches. The sampler depicts two owls looking out of their hollow tree home and the words "WELCOME TO OUR NEST". The background is an off white with flecks of color while the mat is a rusty brown. This friendly cross stitch sampler is ready for hanging near the entrance to welcome all your guests. On the back are the handwritten words "Stitched by" and a name which has been marked through, followed by the date 12-12-84".
