, Inc., Lanark, Illinois. This tool was designed for reforming the mouths of paper and plastic shotgun hulls during the reloading process. Marked "Forster Therm-O-Matic". I bought this new back in the 1960s and used it to refresh the wax in 12 gauge paper hulls before reloading them.
