Cute little flower hat pixie, holding the bluebird of happiness 💙. This is either Lefton or Napco( I suspect Lefton). He’s approximately 3 1/2” high, old mend on his left arm, ( last picture) very little cold paint loss. (I’ve loved this little guy for a long time but time to pass him on to another admirer 💙)
