From the sellerEmmitt Kelley Vintage Fireman Clown has block that does not work. Head turns and it whistles, and has siren. This is about 15 & half inches tall. Clock base is loose on the stand it also has stamp on back that says Melody in Motion. Says modeled by Seiji Makane the best I can read.
