Description
From the seller1930’s-40’s Elgin/Shelby possibly other bicycle companies used this chrome luggage/ book rack. Minor surface rust one might see on something this old. Very presentable condition nothing broken or bent. Struts have NEVER been bent like so many you see. Surface rust on underneath side that will clean up with either oxalic acid or a similar product.
