From the sellerAuthentic 1938 Effanbee Clippo the Clown. All original. Vibrant original paint, original polka-dot outfit and fully intact sheer ruffles color. Strings are all original also but tangled, hand bars are original too. Minor paint chip in nose (see photo) original composition head, hands and feet.
