Vintage Early Frank Holton & Co Heim Model 1 Mouth Piece in original case

Please see all photos as they are the best description the case has signs of wear on the corners and the edges and the handle is also missing but other than that has the neat flack on it, etc. nice purple lining in the inside I know nothing about musical instruments. So I took as many photos as possible please see all the photos. It is not perfect has signs of where imperfections denting, etc. the photos are the best description.
