Vintage Deck-Mount Faucet Polished Brass and Porcelain Handles

This is a premium bath fixture purchased years ago at the Expo Design Center. It's in "new condition" and is sold brass with porcelain handles. I believe the shower head is rubber, didn't take another picture after I took it off and cleaned it - but cleaned up fine. Paid quite a bit for it when purchased but no longer have the box and I can't find a maker name on it. It measures 7 inches on center for plumbing hook up (measuring from center to center of the valves); the entire piece is 9.5x11.5 by 6 (inches). I'm not a plumber so don't know what other hardware will be required for installation. It weighs about 7-8lbs. Welcome any other questions which I'll try to answer as best I can.
